Meet The Team

Dr. White received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California and his undergraduate degree in theatre arts from Cal State Long Beach. He has enjoyed working with his hands all of his life, including model building, antique clock repair, faux painting, fine carpentry and stone masonry.

Having deep family connections to the early days of the Grass Valley gold rush in 1849, Dr. White is a strong supporter of the Nevada County community and gives back by volunteering his dental skills for the California Care Force, Give Kids a Smile and screening kindergartners at our local schools along with his wife, Dr. Lindsey Robinson, a pediatric dentist in Grass Valley. He has also served out of the country as a volunteer for the Kellerman Foundation in Uganda, Africa and Rotary International in Ensenada, Mexico.

Dr. White is proud to have been inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an international dental honor society, that recognizes individual dentists of the highest ethical, moral and professional standards. He believes in providing the best possible care for each one of his patients, using the latest in prevention, best practice guidelines and digital technology. As a lifelong learner, Dr. White is committed to continuing dental education for both himself and his entire dental team.

When not at the office working, Dr. White enjoys hiking around our beautiful area, gardening, attending local theater and spending time with his wife Lindsey and their two English bulldogs. He is also the current president of the Butte-Sierra District Dental Society.

Ally has been in the dental field for more than eight years. She started out as a receptionist and has worked her way up to office management. Ally has received extensive hands-on education that has taught her the ins and outs of clinical dentistry. She is passionate about working in dentistry because she is able to be a resource to patients and help them better manage their care.

In her free time, Ally enjoys spending time with her family and animals. You can find her riding her horse Copper or drinking a cup of coffee in the morning with her family.

Thu has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years and finds the experience rewarding. Through the years of taking care of her patients, she has learned that every patient is special and their individual needs for care are unique to them. Thu is passionate about dentistry because she feels that she can make a difference in her patient’s oral health and wellness. Providing preventative care is at the top of her list, and educating and sharing information about the different ways to take care of teeth is important to her. It makes her happy to see the positive outcomes of her patient’s oral health.

Thu enjoys listening to music, (jazz, classical and opera) and eating! She believes that FOOD is love, and love is FOOD! Thu likes taking her dogs on walks and hiking wherever she has free time. Gardening is also her relaxation time, and she enjoys traveling when she gets the opportunity.

Corinna completed training for her registered dental assisting degree at Carrington College, Pleasant Hill, California, in 2011. In her career, she has had the opportunity to work in cosmetic, periodontic and holistic dentistry. The dental field is a fascinating multifaceted industry that fails to get boring. Corinna believes that teeth are only a small fraction of dentistry and has a patient focused approach to healthcare.

In her life outside the office, Corinna enjoys cooking and baking healthy foods, hiking, camping and doing yoga. She is currently studying herbal medicine and nutrition.

Lauryn has been in the dental field for over two years. She attended Carrington College to obtain her registered dental assisting licensure and has done extensive continued education in orthodontic and general care. Lauryn is passionate about dentistry and providing comfortable patient care to our guests.

In her free time, Lauryn enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with her husband.

Mariah has been a dental assistant since 2019. Before she began assisting, she was primarily a secretarial assistant manager and white-water raft guide. Since the beginning of this career, Mariah has remained curious and invested in the wonders of the dental world. Chemistry and anatomy have always been exciting to her. It is incredibly important to her that she has a job that helps heal people. Mariah also deeply appreciates the aspects of the job that value her natural urge to nurture and comfort others.

Mariah was born in Auburn and grew up mostly in Colfax and the surrounding towns. Aside from a brief but wonderful time at University of California Santa Cruz, she has gained most of her knowledge through self-led experiences. While work is probably the biggest part of her life, Mariah’s greatest passion is for her happy little family, which consists of her husband, their hound dog, a snake and many plants.
